Made a appt with my favorite tech, Janae, and had a marvelous time! She's honest, is good at helping me cut down from twelve pair of glasses to just six!! (Just six?!) J will tell you "ehhh, not so much" and you move on. I pray she works there as long as I have to make those choices. And prices are so reasonable. I won't go anywhere else

I can’t say enough positive things about Janae!! She is like a glasses pro!! My daughter and I had been looking and not finding anything that was “cool”. Janae asked three questions went right to a pair of glasses that she knew would fit what my daughter just had to have and like magic we were on our way!

I purchased glasses from Eye-Site almost 8 months ago. Since then I have moved over 5 hours away from Sioux Falls. While cleaning my lenses (I guess maybe I was a little too aggressive), the thin metal bridge connecting the lenses suddenly snapped in half. Because of the frames being made out of a titanium flex hybrid metal I was unable to locate anyone locally that could repair the bridge, even a jewelry repair shop couldn't weld this metal. I reached out to Eye-Site and explained my situation. I worked with a wonderful lady named Tabitha. I can't begin to say enough about how kind Tabitha was. Unfortunately, they no longer carried that particular brand of frames. Tabitha put untold hours into locating a similar size and style of frame, trying to find something that was as close to my original frame as possible. Once she had secured a replacement frame, she had completely new lenses manufactured and shipped the new eyeglasses to my home. The only cost to me was a measly $15 to cover shipping. Considering a new pair can easily cost several hundred dollars, Tabitha saved the day. I even like the new frames better than the old ones. Lot's of places can provide an eye exam and sell you a pair of glasses. But I never expected someone to bend over backwards like this to help a customer so far away. Customer care like this just doesn't seem to exist anymore. I highly advise checking out Eye-Site for all your vision needs, now and in the future!

I have been coming to Eye - Site for years and they have been great to work with. Front staff is super helpful with my scheduling needs. They are also very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kollis-Young takes here time with my eye exam and explains what she is doing and why. She is always willing to take the time to answer my questions on changes and concerns with my eyes. I was assisted by Kelli today in choosing new glasses. She was very helpful and I appreciated her honesty. She knew the inventory and listened to my ideas and was able to choose options for me. I loved that she could look at the option and know if color, size or shape suited me. We easily eliminated styles and I was able to feel confident with the choice. She is a huge credit to the company. Her expertise is an asset to be valued. I couldn’t be happier with how she treated me. Choosing glasses can be a difficult decision but she put me at ease. It was a comfortable and relaxed experience.

Have had great professional help from Em. When I had issues with my second pair of eyewear, she worked with me and finally we both agreed that the nosepieces just did not work for me and were uncomfortable. She quickly pulled out alternative glasses and I am looking forward to receiving them! Thanks Em!

EM was wonderful. Walked in because I was sick of pushing my glasses up on my face or having to tilt my head back to use bi-focal or talking them off so I could read. She had me in and out in under 10 minutes. It was amazing what a few minor changes made. Thanks EM!!!

For once I was blind, but now I see! I walked into Eye Site of Dell Rapids with vision so bad I was basically navigating life through a foggy car windshield covered in butter. My kids would hand me objects and I’d thank them for “the dog,” even though we don’t have a dog. Last time I had an eye exam was back when flip phones were still a thing. One visit with Dr. Jacob Diedrich, and suddenly I’m seeing the world in 4K HD. Colors are brighter. Shapes make sense. I can finally read street signs before I’ve already missed the turn. My productivity skyrocketed so fast I accidentally started three new businesses before lunch. My family is thrilled they no longer have to guide me around like a confused tourist in my own house. Dr. Diedrich didn’t just fix my vision. He fixed my life. 10/10, 5 stars, would trust this man with my eyeballs any day of the week.

From the receptionists, to Dr. Kevin Crouch to the eye care specialists who assist with frame ordering, I receive the BEST service. Such a welcoming Care Center where I’m valued and given the optimal best care! Bravo to Family Eye Care Center.

I have been going to Family Eye Care Center for 20+ years. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Seeing Dr. Ashley and Dr. Kevin Crouch is like having a family reunion. We talk about family, pets, activities, etc…. It gives me peace of mind that my eye care is important and in great hands.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Eye-Site eye clinic last week for the first time. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Lindsey at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. The technician, Brittney, was knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to explain each step of the process. Dr. Larson conducted the examination, addressing my questions and explaining the current state of my eyes. The office itself was modern, clean, bright, and well-organized. It provided a comfortable environment. The eyewear might be priced a little high, but the price tags did not seem too different from the last eye clinic I was a patient at. Maybe that is the going rate. Regardless, they provided me with all my information and informed me that the notes would also be on the web portal. Years ago, I found a set of frames online, I reorder with new lenses as needed, and that works for me. Overall, my visit to the Eye-Site eye clinic exceeded all expectations. The staff, from Lindsey at the front desk to Brittney and Dr. Larson, were all exceptional. Their friendliness, expertise, and professionalism made for a truly great experience. I highly recommend Eye-Site to anyone in need of eye care services.
